He learned to swim before he learned to walk. Growing up on Stocking Island with boats being the only way to school, he's been operating boats since at least theage of five. Growing up helping his father, Wendle, with tasks in his mooning field, he absorbed from a young age the physics of boating and an intuitive understanding of the forces at play. Even more of this from this life-long love of sailing. Always working with his hands in one avenue or another, he began gathering salvage equipment in 2016, while still at his day job. He made it his career when he went to Freeport and Abaco after hurricane Dorian in 2019, building the capability and reach of the company to what it is today.
The panga hull is world-renowned for its ability to carry heavy loads at high speeds over open ocean. That's what makes it the perfect platform for a rapid- response salvage vessel. Always loaded for bear with the lions share of our salvage equipment, VALIANT is ready at a moments notice to run at over 30 knots, for upwards of 300 miles. Her shallow draft gives her unmatched access to the scene of any incident once she arrives.
The UTB 41 designed and built by the US Coast Guard, is a powerhouse famous for its maneuverability and bulldog toughness. Since our tows average upward of 150 miles, she brings the level of offshore capability that working in this region requires. Equipped with a cutting edge electronics suite, powerful search radar, redundant critical systems such as satellite internet, VIGILANT is well equipped for our long range towing and offshore operations.
